Multi-Vehicle Collisions in Washington
When multiple vehicles collide and cause a catastrophic accident, injured parties are often left reeling and confused. Because so many drivers are involved in multi-vehicle crashes, liability is likely to be disputed. According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, a car crash is reported every 4 minutes, with someone dying in a collision every 20 hours on average.
Car crash victims often find themselves struggling to learn their rights in time to protect themselves after an accident. Generally, most people do not have a complete understanding of state laws, insurance policies, or what procedures to follow after being injured in a crash. Luckily, you do not have to pursue a personal injury claim on your own.
