Reckless Driving Accidents in Tacoma WA

undefinedDrivers in Tacoma have a reputation for behaving recklessly behind the wheel, and careless driving is a leading cause of fatal collisions throughout the state. Two of the most prevalent types of reckless driving in Washington include driver attention and speeding. No matter how safe a motorist is, the actions of a reckless driver are unpredictable. The rules of the road are designed to keep everyone safe on the road, yet irresponsible driving is responsible for over 13,000 fatal crashes each year. Nearly 90% of all reported car crashes are considered to be caused by human error.

Following a collision, most car accident victims struggle to understand their rights in time to defend themselves, and the moments immediately following a collision are the most crucial in determining whether or not your claim for compensation will be successful. The majority of accident victims are unfamiliar with state laws, insurance coverage, or what to do if they are hurt in a car accident, which can be a stumbling block when filing a personal injury claim. You are not obligated to pursue a personal injury claim on your own, and consulting with an expert attorney can assist you in recovering lost funds. An experienced Tacoma personal injury lawyer can assist you in filing a claim and recovering damages such as medical bills, lost wages, and other losses.
