Seattle, WA (July 25, 2021) - On Friday, July 23, a driver was killed after colliding with a semi-truck in the Seattle area.
The collision reportedly occurred on Aurora Avenue N. late that night at around 10:45 p.m. According to the King County Sheriff’s Office, a Honda sedan was traveling southbound on the roadway when it attempted to make a turn at N. 145th Street. The driver reportedly crashed into a semi-truck near the intersection.
The driver had to be extricated from the vehicle following the crash. The 21-year-old motorist sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported in the accident.
The identities of the involved parties have not been revealed at this time. An ongoing crash investigation is being handled by local law enforcement officials.
