Lynnwood, WA - Update: Molly Lally Killed in Pileup Crash at 25th Ave & 164th St

Lynnwood, WA (September 10, 2021) - The woman who was killed in a catastrophic t-bone collision in Lynnwood on Monday, September 6, has been identified.

Three vehicles reportedly collided at the crossing of 25th Avenue and 164th Street. The deceased victim was later identified as 34-year-old Molly Lally of Edmonds. At around 10:30 p.m. that night, two 18-year-old drivers were headed westbound on 164th Street.

One of the motorists crashed into the side of Lally’s car. Lally sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. An 18-year-old female driver and her 17-year-old female passenger were taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett for treatment of sustained injuries. No further updates on the fatal crash have been released at this time.

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
