Seattle, WA (March 8, 2021) - At least one person suffered injuries following a collision in the Seattle area on Sunday, March 7.
Local authorities were notified of the crash at around 2:56 p.m. that afternoon. The scene was located near the crossing of Eastlake Avenue E. and Mercer Street. Two vehicles reportedly collided head-on.
The occupants of both vehicles were able to self-extricate when emergency responders arrived. At this time, the severity of the resulting injuries has not been disclosed. The area was closed to outside traffic while emergency crews were present.
An ongoing investigation into the accident is underway.
