Pedestrian fatalities continue to climb year after year, despite a drop in passenger car fatalities throughout the country, according to national collision statistics.

The majority of deadly train accidents involve pedestrians, and the majority of the crashes take place at railroad crossings. After a deadly accident, surviving family members should turn to a qualified wrongful death attorney in Seattle to pursue lost compensation.

In the event of wrongful death, the victim's family or estate may file a claim for damages under Washington state law. A skilled Washington personal injury lawyer can assist you in ensuring that you fulfill all of the requirements for a successful claim.

If a loved one dies as a consequence of someone else's carelessness, a family member may be able to bring a wrongful death lawsuit against the person or entity responsible. Wrongful death lawsuits can be made in a variety of situations, including car accidents, medical malpractice, and abuse in a nursing facility. It may be difficult to obtain the compensation you deserve on your own.
